| This work is quite a scholarly (at times) critique of Muggletonianism and it was responded to point by point in Muggleton's work The answer to William Penn, Quaker. The most interesting element of the work is the quite detailed record of two ale house disputations between Penn and Muggleton, it is very evocative stuff. |
