Alexander Gordon provided 778 biographies to the sixty three volume Dictionary of National Biography, the seventh largest individual contribution, seven of which concerned Muggletonians (and he was consulted on Laurence Clarkson's entry which is also reproduced here) and are of immense value as they reflect his insights gained from the Muggletonian archives and his discussions with leading Muggletonians.
